It happens to the best of us.  You go to open the window to let the breeze in, and there is a funny noise and the crank keeps moving, but nothing happens.  Or the kids are outside playing, you are enjoying a well deserved cup of java and the sound of glass breaking is followed by the sound of a golf ball hitting the dining room floor.  Sticky hinges, windows that refuse to lift up to open, even windows that are threatening to fall off their hinges to their death two stories below (True story – check THAT blog post)

When a window is working, we don’t think about them.  They are windows, we look out them, enjoy the fresh air from them, and complain when they are dirty.  When they decide to stop working, you need to call us.
